How we calculated this (and why it is deliberately conservative)

Research anchor: peer-reviewed workplace-fatigue research (Ricci et al., Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, 2007) measured 5.6 hours of lost productive time per week for workers experiencing fatigue. This assessment caps its per-person estimate below that published benchmark, and it never assumes the low-energy window is a total loss.
