How Nourished Revival handles the information you share through this site. Plain language, no surprises.
Privacy policy details
The short version
Nourished Revival collects only the information you choose to share, uses it to deliver requested reports, respond to you, and schedule conversations, and never sells it. Assessment answers are stored privately with your report so Abigail can review it with you. A separate research copy removes direct identifiers and replaces exact team size and cost figures with broad ranges. You can ask to see or delete your identifiable information at any time by emailing abigail@nourishedrevival.com.
What we collect
- Information you submit. When you fill out the contact form, you provide your name, company, email address, optional phone number, and your message. When you book a time through the scheduler, you provide the details that booking requires.
- Assessment information. When you complete the Team Energy Cost Assessment, you provide your name, work email, role, optional company, and answers about team size and workplace-energy patterns. Nourished Revival stores the resulting report with those details as a private lead record so the report can be delivered and reviewed later.
- Scheduling information. The booking calendar on the scheduling page is provided by Google (Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling). When you schedule a conversation, Google processes your booking details under its own privacy policy.
- Usage and security information. Like most websites, this site records standard technical information (such as pages viewed and general device or browser type) through a privacy-focused analytics pixel, used to understand which pages are useful and to confirm that form submissions arrive. Assessment submissions also use a keyed, non-reversible version of the requesting IP address for short-term abuse prevention; the raw address is not stored in that rate-limit record.
How we use it
Information is used to deliver the report you request, reply to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for a conversation, deliver the workshop or program you request, and improve this website. A separate research dataset is used to study workplace-energy patterns and improve the assessment. That research record contains no name, email, company, role, exact team size, submission identifier, tracking data, or precise submission time. Nourished Revival does not sell or rent your information, and does not send marketing email unless you ask to receive it.
Third parties
A few trusted services help run this site: Google Calendar (scheduling), Vercel (website and application hosting), LocalCraft Digital and Supabase (secure lead and assessment storage), Resend (requested report delivery), and Google Fonts (typography). Each processes limited data needed to provide its function. This site sets cookies only as required by those services; it does not run advertising trackers.
Data retention and your choices
Messages, booking details, and identifiable assessment reports are kept only as long as needed to serve you and maintain ordinary business records. The assessment limiter uses only records from the most recent 48 hours and purges older entries whenever it processes a new request. De-identified research responses may be retained to compare workplace-energy patterns over time; because those records contain no direct identifier or submission identifier, they cannot be retrieved by name or email. You may request a copy of the identifiable information Nourished Revival holds about you, or ask that it be deleted, by emailing abigail@nourishedrevival.com. Requests are honored except where a record must be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
Children
This site serves corporate decision-makers and is not directed to children. Nourished Revival does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

This policy may be updated as the services or tools change. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
