What it is
What is corporate nutrition?
Corporate nutrition teaches a workforce how everyday workday eating drives energy, focus, and productivity. It is not a diet program, a weight-loss plan, or a fad. It treats food as an operational input: the thing that decides whether your team is sharp at 3 p.m. or grinding through the afternoon.
The premise is simple. What and when employees eat sets their blood sugar, and blood sugar sets their energy and attention. A refined-carb lunch spikes it, then drops it, and that drop is the afternoon slump most teams treat as a scheduling problem. Corporate nutrition fixes the fuel instead, so energy holds steady from lunch to 5 p.m.
Three ways it works
One practice, three ways in.
Every engagement is corporate nutrition; the format flexes to your team. Most start with the workshop and grow from there.

Built for teams that run on focus.
Corporate nutrition earns its keep where an afternoon of foggy focus has a real cost: billable hours, safety, accuracy, client work. Nourished Revival works with employers of 50+ across the corridor, most often in:
- Law firms and professional offices, where the afternoon is billable
- Manufacturers and logistics, where fatigue is a safety and accuracy issue
- Corporate offices and hybrid headquarters wanting a benefit people use
- HR teams and wellness committees who need programming that gets attendance
Serving St. Louis, Edwardsville, Alton, Godfrey, and the Springfield-to-St. Louis corridor
Why nutrition, not generic wellness

Common questions
Asked before the call.
What is corporate nutrition?
Corporate nutrition teaches a workforce how everyday workday eating drives energy, focus, and productivity. It is not a diet program or a weight-loss plan. At Nourished Revival it takes three forms: a 1-hour lunch and learn workshop, a 4-week program, and menu optimization, all led by a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.
How does nutrition affect employee energy, focus, and productivity?
What and when employees eat during the workday sets their blood sugar, and blood sugar sets their energy and focus. A high-carb lunch spikes then crashes it, which is the 2 p.m. slump. Meals built on protein, fiber, and steady fuel hold energy and attention through the afternoon, so the team makes fewer mistakes and keeps output steady.
Is this a diet seminar?
No. The education targets how workday eating affects energy, focus, and productivity, not what an ideal diet looks like. No one is put on a plan or asked to give up coffee. Sessions are interactive and built around a team's actual workday.
How much does a corporate nutrition workshop cost?
Pricing depends on team size, format, and whether it is a single workshop or the 4-week program. The fastest way to a number is a 15-minute call: Abigail scopes your team and format and follows up with clear options. There is no obligation.
What qualifications does your nutrition practitioner have?
Abigail Parker is a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), additionally certified through Functional Diagnostic Nutrition (FDN) in stress and hormones, and was named RiverBend Growth Association Small Business of the Month in August 2025. She is not a registered dietitian and works within the guidelines an organization already follows.
